Dr. Ian Thompson and Dr Uberoi, one of only two Urogynocologist in SA, and their staff at Texas Urology are exceptional. The staff answers the phone promptly. Any necessary forms are ready and waiting for you to pick up at the desk. The office is very good about sending forms online prior to your visit so you don't have to sit in the office filling out forms. The nurse is ready as soon as you are called back, and my time in the waiting room is always very brief. Nurse Practioner Tara is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Before my visit with Tara, I had been given several antibiotics for my condition, and it would come back in a short time. Tara prescribed an antibiotic that none of the doctors I saw before going to Texas Urology had prescribed, and this antibiotic is used specifically for my condition. Dr Uberroi
